What is it?
It is a short lesson about gelato: a historical introduction, ingredients selection and weighing, gelato preparation and final tasting.
How does it work?
We will meet by a professional gelato maker in Conegliano. If you are unable to reach the place by yourself, I can provide a pick-up and drop-off service.
Once we arrive, I introduce you the gelato maker and we will accurately wash our hands. This will be followed by a short historical introduction about gelato. Then, assisted by the gelato maker, you will select and weigh the ingredients. After this steps, you will concentrate on the preparation of gelato and, eventually, you can taste the result of your hard work. You will make two different flavour: a milk-based gelato and a fruit-based gelato.
Who can take part in it?
It is an experience which is suitable for any age and it is especially appreciated by children.
Minors must be accompanied.
You can take part in it alone, with a partner or with a group.
It is non NOT suitable for a person with diabetes. If you have any need due to particular flavour preferences or to food allergies and intolerances, if possible, we can decide together which gelato flavour we can make. In this case, to organizational purpose, please bring your need to my attention once you book the experience.
